Ⅰ.Overview
Automatic self-cleaning filter is a kind of precision equipment which can directly intercept the impurities in water by using the filter screen to purify the water. It has the function of filtering the raw water and cleaning the filter element automatically, and the system provides continuous water supply when cleaning and discharging. Compared with the previous filters, this filter has the advantages of higher automation level, larger treatment capacity, self-cleaning ability, continuous water supply, and wide application and so on.
There are two control modes for the automatic self-cleaning filter: automatic control mode and manual control mode.
Automatic control mode: it includes two modes: timing mode and differential pressure mode.
The filtration time is set on the filtration timer. When the filtration time is up, the wastewater discharge process will be launched and the wastewater discharge time is set by the drain timer; At the same time, the control system can compare the system pressure difference with the pressure difference set by the user in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter can conduct the wastewater discharge process, and the wastewater discharge time is set by the timer. It will stop cleaning process when the wastewater discharge time is up, and the system will be restored to its initial state and ready for the next filtration process.
Manual control:set the manual/automatic switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter starts to discharge wastewater.
Ⅱ. Working Principle
The raw water enters the main body of the device from the water inlet. Firstly, external pressure make the raw water flow through the coarse filter screen to filter the larger granular impurity. The water coming from the coarse filter screen enters into the fine filter screen by the internal pressure. With the accumulation of various pollutants in the filter media inside the fine filter screen, the filter channel is blocked, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases gradually. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the differential pressure transmitter connected to the inlet and outlet converts the detected differential pressure signal into the current signal of the 4-20mA, then transfers the current signal to the control system (The backwashing cycle can also be achieved by setting the time). The system automatically starts the stroke motor and backwash high-pressure pump, and the transmission device drives the wastewater discharge shaft with the suction nozzle to rotate and move horizontally in the inner side of the filter. At the same time, outside the filter screen, the backwash high-pressure pump and wastewater discharge device work synchronously and present a corresponding relationship. With a small portion of the water, the two devices can work together to conduct high-pressure backwashing to the filter screen. The water passing through the filter screen and impurities removed from the filter screen will be quickly sucked into the wastewater discharge shaft by the suction nozzle and finally discharge from the drain chamber.

Ⅳ.Product Characteristics
